Most importantly this package includes a special high volume multi-currency corporate bank account in Mauritius opened remotely. Clients can use this account to conduct 100's of transactions a day with their clients. Estimated setup time for the corporation is 4 weeks with another 2-4 weeks for the bank account opening. Please note there is requirements for paid in capital of $55,000.

To legally operate a Investment business that offers advise and trading for stocks and bond or commodities you must have a license. The special Mauritius GBL license can be issued in about 4 weeks with corporate bank account in an additional 2-4 weeks. There is a requirements for paid in capital of $55,000. Note: This license cannot be used to operate a Forex trading firm however it can be used to offer Investment advise and trading which can include Forex. Applications describing your business as a Forex trading firm will be rejected as this activity alone can only be authorized by the Bank of Mauritius which can take 6 months to approve and cost is significantly higher than the special GBL.
